In honor of World Mental Health Day, we're hosting a self-care workshop designed to help you rejuvenate your mind and body. 🧘♀️✨
The Mind Your Mind event is designed to help working-class adults in our community take a break from their everyday stress, unwind, and come together to raise awareness about mental health. Through this initiative, we aim to provide a space for relaxation, learning, and connection, ultimately fostering a stronger, healthier community.

Raising Awareness, Staying Safe, Self-Defense, Stranger Danger, Recognizing Red Flags, Real-Life Testimonials, Peer Discussions, and Group Activities.
